With over a decade of experience in the social work field, I specialize in helping individuals navigate life’s most difficult transitions. Whether you are struggling with anxiety or working to heal from past trauma, I provide a safe space to process and grow. I currently serve as a Mental Health Therapist within Weber School District working with children, adolescents, and their families. I also see clients part time in private practice.

My approach is evidence-based but deeply human. I integrate specialized modalities like ART, Trauma-Focused CBT, and MI with expressive arts to meet my clients where they are. Having worked in the mental health field since 2018 and the social work field since 2011, I understand the unique pressures individuals are facing today. My goal is to equip my clients with the practical skills, and the emotional resilience, needed to thrive.

At our practice, we offer specialized OCD treatment with flexible options tailored to meet your needs. While insurance may not cover the typical six-hour per week commitment, we have developed a practice structure designed around a more manageable three-hour weekly commitment that can be billed through insurance.
