I’m Brooklyn, a clinician with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Education, focused on School Counseling. I’ll complete my Clinical Mental Health Counseling certification in May 2024. I’ve worked with students facing anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, perfectionism, low self-esteem, and relationship struggles. My passion is supporting children and adolescents through evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
As a military spouse, I understand the challenges of frequent moves and building new communities. I’m committed to helping clients build confidence, resilience, and emotional well-being. Outside of work, I enjoy time with my husband and two dogs, staying active with CrossFit, and soaking up the sun whenever I can.
