I graduated from Weber State University with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Zoology, and earned my Master’s in Social Work from Utah State University in 2020. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked in law enforcement, which gave me a deeper understanding of the challenges people face. Since transitioning into mental health, I’ve supported clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, anger, family conflict, personality disorders, financial stress, self-harm, and suicidal thoughts.
I believe therapy is a powerful tool for healing, growth, and self-discovery. Whether you’re working through trauma, grief, or looking to improve your mental well-being, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive space to explore and process life’s challenges. I’m passionate about helping people find meaning, balance, and hope as they move forward in their lives.
