Madison Richardson
Clinical Social Worker
My name is Maddie Neubauer, and I am passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families on their journey toward healing and growth. I earned my undergraduate degree in Neuroscience from Westminster University, where I developed a deep understanding of the connection between brain function, behavior, and overall wellness. In 2023, I began my Master of Social Work program at Capella University, where I graduated from in June 2026. My path to social work has been shaped by diverse experiences in both medical and therapeutic settings, including working as part of a neurosurgical team and providing client support in mental health care. My years as a nanny inspired a special passion for working with children and teens, particularly within the youth autistic community. I have received training in CBT, ACT, IFS, and Mind-Body Bridging.
I approach therapy from a strengths-based and radical acceptance perspective, believing that embracing where you are now can be the first step toward meaningful change. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. Outside of work, I recharge by spending time with my husband and our two golden retrievers, Brighton and Breck, exploring Utah’s mountains, and indulging in a good reality TV binge. For me, therapy is more than a profession—it’s a privilege to walk alongside others as they navigate life’s challenges, heal, and rediscover joy.
