I earned my Bachelor’s in Pre-Clinical Studies in Marriage and Family Therapy from BYU–Idaho in 2019 and my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University in 2023. Over the past three years, I’ve worked with children, teens, and adults in individual, couples, family, and group therapy settings. I also served as Director of an Intensive Outpatient Program for substance use treatment, helping clients move from addiction toward healing and growth.
My approach is rooted in Narrative Therapy and blends CBT, DBT, EFT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Bowenian Family Therapy, and EMDR to support clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, and emotional regulation. I believe therapy offers a safe space for clients to feel heard, gain clarity, and reclaim ownership of their story while building the tools needed for lasting change.
