I received both my Bachelor and Master of Social Work degrees from Utah State University, completing the Advanced Standing Program in 2019. I work with clients of all ages, with a special passion for helping children and adolescents who have experienced trauma. I’ve provided individual and group therapy for youth, supported adults in crisis through the Division of Child and Family Services, and worked in school, nonprofit, geriatric, and disability care settings. As a high school social worker, I led “Girls Empowerment Groups” and helped students navigate anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, perfectionism, and relationship challenges.
My approach is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and tailored to each client’s needs. I draw from CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, ACT, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to support healing and build resilience. I believe every client deserves a safe, compassionate space to grow and thrive. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, Broadway musicals, college football, gardening, reading, and walking my Goldendoodle. Most of all, I love being a mom and prioritize self-care and mindfulness so I can show up fully for those I serve.
