I’m Cortney, a “military brat” who grew up in multiple states and countries before settling in Utah in 2008. I earned my Bachelor’s in Social Work in 2021 and have worked with Juvenile Justice Services, Bear River Mental Health, and now serve as a medical social worker with Intermountain Hospice. I graduated with my Master’s of Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University in May of 2025.
With about 10 years of experience, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, focusing on adolescents and adults. I support individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, grief, bipolar disorder, and relationship or parenting challenges. I draw from CBT, DBT, Attachment Theory, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to provide a supportive, practical, and client-centered approach to healing and growth.
