Veteran and First Responders therapy is a mental health treatment for people in the armed forces or emergency responders. Addressing trauma, stress, PTSD, and more, our therapists help people improve coping skills, build resilience, and enhance overall well-being in a specialized and empathetic therapeutic environment.

LGBTQ+
Therapy

LGBTQ+ therapy provides affirming mental health treatment. Our therapy addresses unique challenges individuals may face due to sexual orientation or gender identity. Therapists foster a safe space, promoting self-discovery, coping skills, and resilience. LGBTQ+ therapy helps people navigate societal complexities while fostering a sense of belonging.

Equine
Therapy

Equine-Assisted Therapy (EAT) is a therapeutic approach that harnesses the healing power of horses to promote emotional, cognitive, physical, and social well-being. Equine therapy is innovative and involves structured activities with horses guided by certified mental health therapists at PPH. Equine-Assisted Therapy can help people with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and more.

Marriage & Family Therapist

Anthony graduated with his Bachelors degree in Pre-clinical studies in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2019 from Brigham Young University-Idaho and then completed his Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

Ashlie Rasband
Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Ashlie received her Bachelor of Social Work from Utah State University in 2018 and her Master of Social Work from Utah State University in their Advanced Standing Program in 2019.

Brooke received her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Central Florida in 2020 and has worked with adults (18-65+) facing various struggles. She’s dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges.

Brooklyn Twomey
Mental Health Counselor Associate

Brooklyn received her Bachelors in Psychology in 2019 and her Masters in Education with a focus in School Counseling in 2021. Her passion is to help individuals to improve their mental health, especially children and adolescents.
